    Shipping fees will vary based on the shipping method selected, package weight, and destination.

    Processing Time

    All orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. In that case, we will notify you via email.

    Shipping Destinations

    At this time we currently ship around Canada Only. If you do not see your country listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

    Order Tracking

    Returns

    Eligibility for Returns:
    - Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
    - Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
    - Certain items are non-returnable, including Final Sale Items, and Customized Items.

    Return Process:
    To initiate a return, please:

    2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and paperwork.
    3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.

    Refunds

    - Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    Final Sale Items
